Limitations of Liability
- In no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, or
licensors be liable to you or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to,
direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising out
of or in connection with your use of the Aiva app or any linked website or app, or any content
or services provided on or through the Aiva app or any linked website or app, whether based on
warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Company is advised
of the possibility of such damages.
